    Marine Rescue NSW Pt.Danger (Coolangatta / Tweed Heads) Australia Our Unit is responsible for the assistance to marine vessels in and around the Tweed Heads/Coolangatta areas of South Eastern Queensland and Northern NSW. Our unit consists of Two Rescue Vessels, Consisting of one Large Offshore Vessel" PD31", capable of large extended searches, and a smaller rigid inflatable craft "PD20". We are located on the border of Queensland/New South Wales and in the aerial photo below, our Radio Communications and Administrative Building can be seen, high above the Pacific Ocean.
